Caroline’s Cakes is an established nut-free bakery and has been recognized by the Food Allergy Initiative in 1998. All products and cakes that contain nuts are made and packaged in a separate facility.

MY FOOD ALLERGY FRIENDS
Based in Australia, My Food Allergy Friends was launched to raise awareness for children who suffer with Food Allergies. My Food Allergy Friends has produced a series of books that preschoolers and young children will love. Bright, colorful illustrations that capture their attention but at the same time teach them many important messages about challenges they may face growing up with allergies. The books portray food allergies in a non-threatening way, in simple language so young children can understand.

CFAAR
The Center for Food Allergy and Asthma Research (CFAAR), part of the Institute for Public Health and Medicine (IPHAM) at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, aims to find answers and shape policies surrounding food allergy, asthma and other allergic conditions.
